Project Centre is a leading design, engineering and landscape architecture consultancy that is passionate about designing places for the people who use them. We are seeking six enthusiastic graduates for our new two-year graduate programme. The programme consists of up to three placement rotations from across the business. In every placement, you’ll receive all the training and support needed to succeed in your role.
We specialise in several disciplines and understand that everyone’s career aspirations are different. We aim to equip you with the skillset and experience you need to succeed in your chosen career path.
Subject to your degree and our business needs, your rotations will be between:
- Highways engineering, major projects, structures, flood and water management, and lighting and technology.
- Transport and development planning, traffic engineering, landscape and urban design, parking, and communications and engagement.

Working for us
Working for a design consultancy gives you the opportunity to identify and work in areas that interest you. This includes creating strategies, problem-solving and optioneering schemes, designing solutions or detailed engineering. There are also many stages and specialisms. We work on active travel scheme identification, business cases for Levelling Up Fund schemes, transport assessments for developers, delivering bus strategies, traffic flow, speed data and accident analysis, engaging with communities, the production of design options, the modelling of networks and junctions, traffic signal design and configuration, detailed design and series plan production, the specification of materials, 3D computer design models and producing construction plans.
We have offices in Ashford, Slough, Central London, Brighton, Manchester and Edinburgh and employ over 250 professionals.

The position comes with:
- Starting salary of £28,000
