The service will allow the council to flex their headcount up at very short notice without the risks and commitment of a long-term contract. This means coverage of large events, long term absences and peak periods such as Christmas are easily achievable with NSL’s support

What we do:

NSL has a dedicated Management team in place to oversee this service and act as a key point of contact for the Council to ensure they are receiving the level of service they require from our officers.

Our manager will oversee the entire recruitment and staff management process which includes:

Advertisement of the role on recruitment platforms such as Indeed
Right to Works and DBS checks
Competency based test and interview process
City and Guilds accredited induction training
Maybo conflict management training
Payroll and Pension scheme management

We will ideally recruit officers from within your local area for a minimum three-month period and aim to have the officers deployed within a month.

Our work with Coventry City Council:

Over the past 10 years, NSL have supported Coventry City Council’s in-house parking enforcement team on multiple occasions and often at very short notice. At our highest point we supplied 11 CEOs to supplement CCC’s in-house team and help with enforcement levels through busy peak periods and events.
