Special Jury Prize – Beyond the Uniform
North Essex Parking Partnership & Brighton & Hove City Council
The Beyond the Uniform initiative was honoured with a prestigious Special Jury Prize, awarded to projects that stand out for their exceptional impact and innovation. The judges recognised the way this programme goes beyond enforcement to embed officers in the heart of communities- supporting vulnerable groups, educating young people, raising awareness of dementia, and even delivering outreach projects in schools. It represents the very best of what parking can achieve when people are placed at the centre.
Parking in Action Award – London Borough of Brent & Marston Holdings
Our Brent team, in partnership with Marston Holdings, received the Parking in Action Award. This award shines a spotlight on frontline teams who are making a tangible difference every day. From tackling Blue Badge fraud and removing nuisance vehicles, to addressing persistent evaders, the team’s work is keeping Brent’s streets safer, fairer, and more accessible for all.
Parking Partnerships Award – Manchester City Council & NSL Debt Management & Recovery Team
The Parking Partnerships Award went to our collaboration with Manchester City Council, recognising the transformative work of the Debt Management & Recovery Team. Since its launch in 2020, the partnership has quadrupled debt recovery levels by combining robust enforcement with fairness, dignity, and empathy. Together, the team has created a model of proactive, innovative, and compassionate debt recovery that delivers real results for the city of Manchester.
These awards are a testament to the dedication, professionalism, and passion of our colleagues and partners across the UK. Each project reflects our shared commitment to not only delivering enforcement, but also building safer, fairer, and stronger communities.
