What is the Architect and Design Services (ADS) framework?
LHC is a not-for-profit central purchasing body providing procurement services. Over 200 publicly funded organisations throughout England use LHC frameworks to procure works, goods and services. As a design framework supplier we are use the LCH.
The ADS framework provides local authorities, housing associations, health authorities, publicly funded schools, universities, colleges, emergency services, registered charities and government departments across London with access to a wide range of disciplines including landscape design services for projects in the public realm.
