We have developed, implemented and evaluated communications and engagement strategies across the country. Extensive stakeholder mapping is key to any project and we have access to a range of innovative and effective communication tools at our fingertips covering face-to-face, digital and print.
These include supporting the implementation of Low Traffic Neighbourhoods and active travel schemes. These have involved carrying out engagement activities before any designs are created to understand the issues and concerns from the local community and consulting on designs with stakeholder groups. We have also developed consultations for controlled parking zones, estate parking and match day parking as well as town centre regeneration, development schemes and much more.
We have recently moved to a new engagement platform enabling us to provide an efficient and cost-effective digital solution to meet client needs. This platform provides options including interactive maps, surveys, webinars, forums, discussion boards, polls and more. All comments and data are stored securely and collated for clients at the end of consultations with reports generated to detail the findings.
