Engage is delighted to announce that Martin Leyshon, an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer and former Chair of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association, will be joining the business as a Consultant from 1 April.
With a distinguished career spanning more than 30 years in High Court Enforcement — including business ownership and senior leadership roles dating back to 1995 — Martin brings a deep understanding of the enforcement sector. His experience covers a wide range of complex enforcement activity, with particular specialism in environmental evictions and European enforcement, areas in which he is widely recognised across the industry.
Martin’s appointment further strengthens Engage’s capability as we continue to evolve our service offering and deliver high‑quality, effective solutions to clients. His extensive background, strategic insight and operational expertise will support our ongoing commitment to raising standards, shaping best practice and achieving positive outcomes for the people and organisations we serve.
Reflecting on his new role, Martin said:
