A significant programme of transformation has taken place behind the scenes in the lead-up to the rebrand of Engage marking an important step forward for the fast-growing field enforcement business and how it operates, collaborates, and delivers for clients.
At the heart of this evolution is the brand-new Northern Centre of Excellence Hub in Rochdale. This modern, purpose-built facility has been designed to support a more connected, efficient, and scalable operating model, with upgraded spaces that enhance collaboration, performance, and overall service delivery.
High Court Enforcement — Your Trusted Partner
As part of this transformation, the High Court Enforcement service previously operating under Marston Recovery has now been integrated into the Engage ecosystem. This milestone brings key capabilities together under one unified structure, enabling greater consistency, visibility, and operational excellence across the business.

Marston has been a leading provider of High Court Enforcement services since the 1980s, establishing itself as the largest field force in the UK. Our expertly trained Enforcement Agents (EAs) and High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEOs) provide national coverage to recover land, property, and assets quickly and efficiently.
Whether you’re owed money, recovering property, or needing assistance with the collection of Commercial Rent Arrears, Engage can provide a complete, secure, and compliant recovery service through our High Court Enforcement function.
A central element of this transition is the consolidation of the Transfer Up (TUP) function, which is now housed within the new Centre of Excellence. By bringing this capability into a centralised environment, Engage is strengthening oversight, improving efficiency, and delivering a more consistent and streamlined service.
To further enhance governance and support the continued growth of this function, Zakia Khalid has been appointed to provide independent oversight. With more than 17 years’ experience across debt recovery, litigation, and enforcement, Zakia brings extensive expertise and a strong reputation for delivering clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused advice.
Lloyd, Managing Director of Engage, said:
“Bringing our High Court Enforcement team and the Transfer Up function into our new Centre of Excellence is an exciting step for Engage. It’s about more than just moving offices, it’s about creating a space and structure where our teams can work more closely, efficiently, and consistently to deliver the best possible service for our clients.
Having Zakia join us to provide independent oversight gives me real confidence that we’re building something strong, reliable, and future-ready.
I’m proud of the work the team has put in to get us here, and I’m excited about what this means for the way we operate and the quality of service we can continue to offer.”
Together, these developments represent more than operational change, they signal a broader strategic shift towards a more integrated, scalable organisation.
With a new brand, a new home, and an expanded ecosystem of services, Engage is well positioned to deliver high-quality, well-governed solutions for clients across the UK.
