Marston Holdings began enforcing court orders almost 40 years ago. Since then, we have grown organically and through acquisition to provide a multitude of end-to-end services that support the implementation of public policy.
We now recover over £850m each year on behalf of the taxpayer, as well as serving private and commercial clients.
The Marston Holdings group of companies includes:
Read on to learn some of the many ways we work in partnership with 280 UK local authorities, as well as government bodies including Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service, the Child Maintenance Agency, Highways England and Transport for London.
Ethics are at the forefront of everything we do.
We have a multi-layered ethical governance structure spanning all the businesses within our Group. This includes an Ethics Committee, which is an internal mechanism for examining ethical issues within the business and ensuring that we work and treat people fairly. Three Executive Board directors are members of this committee.Â
We regularly commission ethical governance audits from external contractors to assess the cultures and behaviours of our organisation. Our work has been overseen by an Independent Advisory Group since 2013. The group meets a minimum of five times each year and challenges our business culture and ethical practices, assessing whether proper ethical standards have been applied.
Since September 2020 the Independent Advisory Group has been chaired by Sam Younger CBE.
Our people are at the core of our organisational strategy.
Employee engagement is key to our success and, as an accredited Investor in People, we truly value and welcome the thoughts, opinions and input of our colleagues.
We are passionate and enthused by our commitment to Social Value. Our company and people fully support these initiatives, ensuring that what gets promised gets done, delivering real value across society.
