CCTV reviewing

Our customer service centres process CCTV clips on behalf of many local authorities and provides a resilience service to cost effectively manage the peaks and flows of demand, or a permanent solution to undertake the review of CCTV evidence. The centres are staffed by advisors with the qualification required to undertake CCTV reviewing and they are fully trained on a variety of systems.

Resilience support

We work with local authorities of every size to provide resilience services that help them track against the peaks and flows of demand and ensure that statutory obligations are met. Resilience support can be provided on a short or long-term basis at a fixed cost per item to help local authorities meet their PCN processing challenges.
