Michael has been with Marston Holdings since 2001, overseeing the High Court operation at Marston Recovery. Before this, he worked as a Sheriffs Officer and High Court Enforcement Officer. With over two decades of experience, Michael has in-depth knowledge in High Court enforcement, specialising in debt recovery and eviction services
Mark joined Marston Holdings in 2005, focusing his experience on debt recovery and building strong relationships with customers and clients. As part of his role at Marston he was responsible for the internal High Court Enforcement team for over a decade, then worked as a High Court Enforcement Officer. Mark specialises in all type of debt, giving a range of operational experience to our clients.
After years as an Enforcement Agent handling diverse enforcement orders, Ben joined Marston’s High Court team in 2011, focusing on High Court enforcement and eviction orders. Formerly our High Court Enforcement Agent Manager, Ben now specialises in eviction work, including Writs of Possession and land repossessions under Common law.
Sappy joined Marston in 2013, initially specialising in case management and offering direct advice to customers and clients. Over time, Sappy has taken on broader responsibilities, including handling finance queries, overseeing audits, maintaining communication with clients and providing detailed client reports. Sappy’s unique and extensive experience within the High Court team at Marston adds valuable depth to our team.
Jon joined Marston in 2015, initially advising customers and managing cases. He transitioned to our client support team, offering day-to-day assistance on various cases. Jon later led Birmingham’s High Court correspondence team, handling all incoming customer and client communication. Recently, he specialised in eviction services, providing advice and delivering successful eviction processes.
