Every year we celebrate International Women’s Day. This year, we’re looking over the fantastic work our colleagues put in to making it one to remember. We implemented the Women’s Learning and Development Group from team feedback. We identified areas needing support and ways to develop our culture. The WLDN create an environment of empowerment where they can supply women with the tools they need to develop their careers and personal growth.
As part of this initiative, they hosted a breakfast morning across all our offices on International Women’s Day to celebrate and raise awareness about breaking bias. This gave our staff a chance to gather and chat about their own experiences and how we can continue to improve our culture to reflect our core principals of equality, diversity and inclusion. Take a look at some of the members of WLDN and what your staff had to say about them here:
The British Parking Association interviewed Parking Consultant Elena Golita. Highlighting the achievements of women in parking, Elena spoke about her own experiences in the industry. She spoke on her own motivations and drives as well as advice she has been given and would give in return to women entering the sector.
We’re very proud of the efforts our staff go to for International Women’s Day and beyond. Improving our working environment and company culture is a passion. Without our staff, we wouldn’t be the organisation we are today. We’re very grateful to have employees who want to make a difference.
