Marston Holdings, has gained membership of the Local Council Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG). The Group’s goal is to facilitate innovation and collaboration and to connect the industry and the community. Further more, members include politicians, councils, suppliers, academics, and the media.
For example, the Local Council Roads Innovation Group supports the Department for Transport. They work together to enable change through innovative techniques. As a result of their collaboration, we all become more cost effective and efficient. Also it ensures that we all work together to make sure that road users see improved highway services.
Keith Hanshaw, Client Services Director – Transportation, at Marston Holdings and Managing Director of Marston’s design and engineering consultancy, Project Centre, said:
“I am delighted that Marston Holdings has become an Associate Member of LCRIG and that we are now part of a network that encourages collaboration and innovation to keep our roads and highways safe, smart and sustainable.
As the UK’s largest provider of transportation and enforcement services, we deliver a comprehensive range of design, build and enforcement solutions to 280 local authorities across the country and are looking forward to sharing best practice, our experiences and knowledge with other industry experts. We are hugely excited by the opportunities the membership will bring for our people and look forward to working with the LCRIG community.”
