The challenge
A FTSE 100 company in the south-west of England owed over £60,000 to a utility company for a water bill.
Our solution
Marston Recovery were instructed to collect the unpaid bill. Initial visits were carried out at a care-of address, but no response was forthcoming. We traced the company to a further address which an Enforcement Agent visited.
The impact
After most of the debt was paid directly to the claimant, we were instructed not to proceed with any further attendances but to endeavour to collect the remaining balance. After several weeks of such efforts, the balance was paid via bank transfer.
