Step 1 

Once instructed, our team swiftly deploys EAs to your land within as little as two hours of receiving your instruction, ensuring prompt action and resolution. They will provide the occupants with a Notice to vacate the land, including detailed intelligence gathered during their visit. 

With a 100% success rate, our highly skilled agents have extensive experience communicating reasonably with the community and understand the importance of maintaining positive relationships.

Step 2 

The EAs will attend the site the next morning to check if the occupiers have vacated the premises. If they are still present, our agents will attempt to engage with them further to encourage them to leave. If communication efforts are unsuccessful, we will proceed to bring tow trucks to support us, or in some cases, the police to prevent a breach of the peace. 

After the site has been vacated and a comprehensive report from the agents has been received, our clients undergo a thorough debriefing, which includes the report and accompanying photographs.
