Writ of Delivery
Marston works with lenders and owners to recover assets where customers have fallen into arrears. Starting this process can prompt customers to engage and make payment. If not then, a Writ of Delivery can be used by Marston to return the asset/s, which may include:
- Goods sold on finance
- Goods that should have been returned
- Documents such as share certificates
A Writ of Delivery can also be used to remove counterfeit goods.
Marston guides lenders and owners through the process, including exploring whether a court order could be included for money to be paid. Other recovery services include asset condition checking and reporting and the identification of supporting documentation or items that protect or enhance their value.
