We provide a notice processing and enforcement service that will help councils to effectively enforce contraventions committed by foreign registered vehicles (FRVs). Delivered in conjunction with ParkTrade, a Swedish technology company that is part of Marston Holdings, this service enables us to access European vehicle registration databases on behalf of clients to identify and process contraventions by FRVs as well as providing debt recovery services across Europe through Marston Recovery.
Using this service, councils no longer need to write off all debt incurred by FRVs from many European countries for parking and moving traffic contraventions. This can also include the identification of the make, model, colour, gross weight, engine type, Euro rating and CO² emission band of FRVs entering clean air and low emission zones. It helps to determine whether offences have been committed and/or whether the correct tariffs have been paid for entry into these restricted zones. For more information click here.
