We are delighted to announce that Marston Academy has won it’s first ever award at the Women and Diversity in Credit Awards, receiving recognition for Inclusive Workplace Initiative. This award reflects the dedication, innovation, and commitment of our team in creating an inclusive environment where people can thrive. It was a fantastic evening, and we couldn’t be prouder of the Marston Academy, and everyone involved in achieving this milestone.

Empowering People Through Training and Opportunity
Marston Academy plays a vital role at the heart of our organisation. It provides individuals with the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification while earning, ultimately becoming fully certificated Enforcement Agents with Marston Holdings. Once certificated, the career pathways are extensive – from becoming an On-Street Trainer or Enforcement Manager to transitioning into our back-office processing team.
By December we would have successfully certificated 16 trainees, marking a significant achievement for both the Marston Academy and the wider business. As we continue to grow, we remain dedicated to building a strong, skilled, and community-focused enforcement workforce. We are proud of the progress we’ve made and even more excited about what’s still to come.

Enforcement With a Community Purpose
The role of an Enforcement Agent is often seen as challenging, and at times thankless, but it’s purpose is deeply rooted in community support. The funds collected through enforcement activities ultimately go back into local services, helping communities continue to function and thrive. This connection to community is what drives our people, and it sits at the core of everything we do.
Our commitment to community extends beyond our day-to-day work. We proudly sponsor Seashell Trust, and our Academy mascot, Beacon the guiding bear, represents our values of support, inclusion, and care. Beacon reminds us that community sits at the heart of Marston Holdings, a community that welcomes everyone and is strengthened by diversity and inclusivity.
We are hopeful this is the first of many awards for the Academy and we are excited to bring you all on this journey with us.
