Project Centre is now CIRAS Certified and has entered a framework for reporting health, wellbeing and safety concerns. The CIRAS network will cover highways, rail, bus and other transport sectors.
CIRAS started out as a charity working alongside train operators to raise concerns. The charity is now a large, non-profit organisation dedicated to the wellbeing of their members.
The organisation investigates claims confidentially and contacts the company in question with their findings. It involves unsafe conditions, from rules non-compliance and equipment issues through to fatigue, security and general working conditions,
