The Marston Holdings Training Academy, based at our Head Office in Epping, comprises of a suite of bespoke classrooms and breakout rooms, as well as a dedicated IT suite for online learning. Our bright and airy rooms are fully equipped for the modern learner, with interactive technology and contemporary facilities. The Academy is home to our team of highly qualified Trainers, as well as our dedicated Administration Officers who are always on hand to assist with any training or certification enquiries.

Marston Holdings’ success in terms of Learning and Development has been recognised and celebrated by a number of industry-leading awarding bodies. Our prestigious achievements include the Learning & Development Impact Award at the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) 2015, winner of the Excellence in Staff Development Award at the IRRV Performance Awards 2015, winner of the Newcomer of the Year and Winner of Winners award at the 2016 CICM, and winner of the Best Vulnerable Customer Strategy (Credit Management) award at the Credit Today Awards 2016.

The quality of the training at the Academy has been externally recognised by a number of awarding bodies. We are a City & Guilds and Institute of Ratings and Revenue (IRRV) accredited training centre, and are proud to have official endorsement from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
