Our Management Development and Team Leader Development Programmes are both endorsed by the ILM. They have been designed to challenge and encourage managers and leaders to achieve success in their roles through active engagement with their staff and through effective communication.

We are proud to offer a variety of nationally recognised City & Guilds qualifications, giving our staff the opportunity to develop key personal skills and competencies.

Additionally, we deliver a variety of soft skills training such as report writing, presentation skills, assertiveness and communication skills to further enhance the skill sets of our staff.

Our staff also benefit from the individual flexibility of our online learning system, containing a wide variety of bespoke eLearning courses on a variety of legislative and compliance related courses.
