Marston Holdings wins double CICM awards

Marston Holdings (Marston) is pleased to announce it has been awarded Learning & Development Impact Award and Best Use of Credit Technology at the 2015 Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) Credit Awards. CICM is Europe’s largest professional association for the credit community.

In respect of Learning & Development Impact, the judges concluded that:

“Marston provides excellent overall training programmes in some very difficult and sensitive areas, including suicide and mental health. This made them stand out amongst the other finalists.”

In respect of Best Use of Credit Technology, they stated that:

“Marston is a clear winner – the evidence of an integrated technology strategy was well presented and immediately apparent.”

Marston Communications and Policy Director, Pamela Mulcahy, commented that:

“We are delighted to have won two particular awards, which reflect our £5m investment in standard-setting training programmes and technology.

We continue to increase investment in these areas, as they reflect the Group’s five core values of transparency, accountability, respect, professionalism and innovation.”
