Deborah Cooper wins Women in Credit Award

10 April, 2019

We are delighted to confirm that Deborah Cooper, Organisational Development Director, has been awarded Advocate of the Year at the 2019 Women in Credit Awards.

The award seeks to highlight someone that has sought to champion, in any capacity, the needs of women in her workplace, or more widely within the industry.

Since joining the company five years ago, Deborah has become a champion of important issues such as training, ethics and most recently social value.

She pioneered our industry-leading Enforcement Agent Development Programme, including efforts to attract more women to it, and consistently engages with experts outside the business to ensure that issues that disproportionately affect women, such as domestic abuse, are recognised in our training and ethical policies.
