Download the Enforcement Toolkit

In April 2014, new regulations were introduced under the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 which delivered:

  • Clear fee schedules
  • Greater protections for debtors (who we refer to as customers)
  • Training of Enforcement Agents (EAs) to prescribed standards
  • To help answer questions that advice sector and MP caseworkers may have about the new regulations and Marston’s own policies, we worked with caseworkers and other experts to compile a guide to enforcement. This also sets out sources of further information, including the contact details of certain key staff.
