Highways England

Highways England is the government company charged with operating, maintaining and improving England’s motorways and major A roads.

Marston was awarded the tender with the Highways Agency in 2014.

In 2014, Highways England began removing the barriers at the Dartford Crossing and introduced a new way to pay called Dart Charge with a view to helping to reduce congestion and ease traffic flow. Payment for the crossing is now made remotely rather than at the crossing itself.

We enforce warrants issued in respect of unpaid penalty charges incurred for non-payment of the Dart Charge.
