Moreton Smith joins Marston Holdings

Marston Holdings is pleased to announce that Moreton Smith has joined the Group.

Moreton Smith is an international debt collection company, headquartered in the City of London, with a multi-lingual contact centre and a debt collection and enforcement partnership network across 120 countries. Clients include the BBC, Pearsons, General Electric, Hitachi and Adecco.

The acquisition provides Marston with international collections capability, and forms part of its long-term vision of creating a global judicial services business.

Marston Chief Executive, Gareth Hughes, commented that:
